Its dream comes true for me when we had our first workshop on Competency Mappping.

We have started this institute with a vision of giving HR fraternity a skillfull hr professional.

I guess its just a begining for HAECHO and will try and achieve our goal very soon.

I hope we have been successfull in training Competency Mapping in a simple language.
